Before submission of application form, keep the following documents ready
a) Your certificates related to the qualification for reference
b) Your experience supporting documents for reference
c) Your softcopy of photograph (less than 30 kb memory size)
d) Your softcopy of signature (less than 15 kb memory size)
e) Your SSC (10th or equivalent) certificate as softcopy ( less than 500 kb memory size).
f) Your Community certificate SC / ST / OBC as softcopy in prescribed format available in website (less than 500 Kb)
Please check your system’s date/time whether it is updated or otherwise adjust it before submission of online application.
Procedure for submitting online application
a) Press “Apply online” button on homepage and create user id and password.
b) Login and provide your details.
c) Select the posts you are eligible as per your educational qualification, age and community criteria.
d) Submit application form.
e) Take the print of the application form and note Registration number for future reference. Your user id and password are essential for any future correspondence for downloading hall ticket and other communication.
Follow the procedure as detailed below in case you are male candidate belonging to Unreserved (UR) category or OBC category and payment of fee is applicable.
a. You can download and print the Challan for those posts you selected.
b. Visit any State Bank of India Branch on the next working day of the Bank(If you have submitted Application before 9pm, otherwise visit on second working day) from the time of submission of online application for making payment for the amount mentioned in the challan.
c. Bank will provide the journal number on your copy as proof of payment. This is the confirmation of your fee payment. This data will be uploaded to NFC website and you need not fill any fee details on NFC website again.
d. The process of application form submission will be completed only after payment of fee to State Bank of India in the form of challan generated for each candidate on website. Application will be rejected if you fail to pay fee even though if you have generated (printed / downloaded) the application form.
In case you are Female/ SC/ ST/ PH/ Ex-Servicemen, you need not pay the fee and the submission and printing of application form completes the total process.
There is no ‘EDIT’ option available after submission of application. You are advised to ensure that you fill the data correctly and check before submitting the application.
Please enter all themandatory fields and enter the correct information. The System Error message may appear in case the details are not filled properly as per requirement.
Please retain the Registration Number assigned for further correspondence.
Please check the status of application using the Registration Number.
Successful submission of application form may not confirm the candidature for Screening test/written test/interview. The acceptance of the application will be based on further screening process. The eligibility of the candidate at the written test/interview shall be on the basis of self-declaration of the candidate. No documentary proof except for proof of SC/ST/OBC/PH is being called for at this stage. Candidates are therefore advised to ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility norms as on the closing date of this notification.
The admission of candidates for written test/interview will be purely PROVISIONAL subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions.
Please DO NOT send any documents by post.
The candidate should have the requisite educational qualification from recognised universities/institutes as on the closing date of submission of application. Those awaiting results of the final examination need not apply.
Candidates seeking reservation benefits available for SC/ST/OBC/PH must ensure that they are entitled to such reservation as per eligibility criteria prescribed in the Advertisement.
The candidates may download a copy of the Application and Admit Card and submit the same at the time of written test/interview along with attested copies of all relevant documents as specified in the Advertisement.
Persons working under the Central / State government, Public sector undertakings, Autonomous bodies should submit their “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” at the time of interview.
